The ideal Candidate will be responsible for developing the strategic direction of our client's famous brands in the Irish marketplace. Leading a small team (5) you will determine local strategy working with senior management based on your deep understanding of the market and your brand. You will have significant responsibility for the longer term strategic agenda and for ensuring commercial performance. This is a full on leadership challenge not for the faint hearted.
Key job accountability's
Commercial - Your challenge is to work closely with the commercial team to beat commercial targets set for your brand. They will be relying on your team for marketing knowledge and also for you to present directly to retailers. You will be involved with retailers at a senior level, influencing commercial strategy and taking decisions which directly impact the P&L. You will be responsible for working
very closely with the commercial team ensuring that your team maximises all brand plans with key customers.
Media - you will have significant responsibility for determining media strategy and working with our agencies to plan media spend. Working with some of the most inspirational brands in the beauty business you will have considerable scope to innovate for your marketplace.
POS - Working closely with the visual merchandising teams in the UK, you will lead the Irish marketing team to create compelling in store theatre that result in consumers switching to your brand portfolio or maintaining their loyalty.
