I seek any position in sales or international sales. I am a french speaking EU-citizen. I majored in marketing and economics at IHK Stuttgart (Germany) and in international trade, I have over 10 years of experience working in international sales business and 8 years in tourism activities.
My experience includes performing general office duties such as answering phones, processing new service request, handling customer inquiries and complaints while displaying a professional image of company at all times. Interacting with customers, up-selling products and conducting follow-ups with clients in a timely manner is part of my training as well.
In my last role by an international Tour Operator in France, I have been responsible for the business development and the satisfaction of our customers in the tourism branch, especially Europe and East Europe.
