I seek any position in sales or international sales. I am a french speaking EU-citizen. I majored in marketing and economics at IHK Stuttgart (Germany) and in international trade, I have over 10 years of experience working in international sales business and 8 years in tourism activities.
My experience includes performing general office duties such as answering phones, processing new service request, handling customer inquiries and complaints while displaying a professional image of company at all times. Interacting with customers, up-selling products and conducting follow-ups with clients in a timely manner is part of my training as well.
In my last role by an international Tour Operator in France, I have been responsible for the business development and the satisfaction of our customers in the tourism branch, especially Europe and East Europe. My excellent verbal and written skills, ability to multi-task and my strong attention to detail will surely be an asset to the personnel at your company. My native tongue is french, and I speak fluently german and english. I’m self-motivated and my interpersonal skills make it easy to assist customers and communicate with business associates in an effective and professional manner.
