I'm familiar with all main duties such as personal care, assisting with mobility , maintaining continance, Dementia care, light house keeping, meal preparation, feeding, medication reminders, monitoring vital signs, eliminating falls, companionship, errands and other health aspects.
I Have 8 years practical experiance caring for clients with a range of abilities within their own home and various settings.I'm able to follow instructions , working as a team or on own initiative.Have full fetac level 5 in health care, experiance working days, nights and live in.
