Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator/customer service agent to join their team; this position would be based in Citywest Business Campus.
This role is temporary with a view to permanency.
Responsibilities
Processing orders
Handling all incoming calls from clients/customers/sales personnel
Processing invoices and imputing data
Assisting the accounts department with various activities
Updating the system and ensuring all orders are logged
Ad hoc administration
Requirements
1-2 years experience working within a similar role
Pharma industry experience is advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service experience and ability to build relationships.
Computer literate- Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with SAP to be considered an advantage
