Room includes personal fridge freezer, kettle, couch, large chest of drawers, large bookshelf, wardrobe with clothes hanging space and shelving, two study desk and chairs, desk lamps.
Room rental includes duvets, pillows, bed linen, and towels.
Bathroom: the shared bathroom has double sinks & high-pressure shower, storage units, lovely natural stone marble tiling. The bathroom will be shared with one other student (3 in total using the bathroom).
Full use of the kitchen (shared with family and other students), we provide crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc. You have a new fridge/freezer & kettle in your room.
All utility bills are included in room rental; including WIFI and laundry cleaning, waste etc.
This accommodation is situated in an excellent and much sought-after location in Ranelagh and is ideally suited for Irish or International students studying in most Dublin colleges.
Room rental for 7 nights = €450 pw (€225 per person). Ideal for two friends or family sharing. We ask for two girls to rent the room as a pair, as we do not put two strangers together in the room.
Room is available is for the full summer 2023 (mid-May to mid/late August) (12 to 14 weeks availability). Sorry, no short term stays possible e.g. 1, 2 or 3 weeks.
Please be reassured, this is an extremely clean house, with continuous cleaning and disinfecting of the kitchen.

Save on transport costs! Location is extremely convenient to many colleges. Walking distance to UCD, TUD (DIT), RCSI, Trinity, DBS, Griffith College.
Walking distance to city centre (e.g. 20 mins to St. Stephens Green).
Excellent bus service, No's 11, 44, 61, buses all stop beside the house, (15 seconds walk to bus stop).
Nearby Luas stops are 'Beechwood' and 'Ranelagh', both 10 minute walk.
Donnybrook is a 5 minute walk, which also has a good bus service to city centre & UCD, buses include, 46A, 145, 118, 7b & 7d.
UCD: Easy access to the centre of UCD Belfield campus (2.2 km). It is approx. 15 min walk to Clonskeagh entrance, only a 8 min cycle to centre of campus ('The Lake') and 5 minutes by bus (No. 11) to UCD Belfield Campus.
Trinity College, RCSI, DIT (TU Dublin) & all city centre colleges, very convenient. E.g. Trinity College 2.4 km, 10 min cycle, 15 mins by bus (No. 11, 61 & 44).
For ALL city centre colleges, easy access either by walking, cycling or by direct buses (No 11, 44 & 61).
Ranelagh Village is a few minutes’ walk, with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, banks, gyms, pharmacies, etc.
We are a nice relaxed family, who will not intrude on your privacy, but are available if you need us! We are a family of two adults & one teenage daughter.
