The basic use of a metal heat sink cooling system and APC, ACC driving circuit board are configured with different dimension metal housing tube, it gets good thermal emitting, constant green line projection and long serving lifetime in continuous use.
This laser line generator applies a qualified separate crystal lens within 10 to 93 degree, under operation of moisture or dust etc, it still maintains ultra fine and uniform green line projection within 0.5 meter to 6 meters line lengths. It gets freely adjusted laser line fineness, thus it gets ultra high fineness of only 0.3mm at 10cm, and 1mm to 2mm at 2 meters work distance. Owing to its high uniformity line alignment, it still gets the highest level of accuracy and brightness line alignment for all industrial and high tech work fields effectively.
