Specification of White / Pink Guava Pulp:
- Packaging: Product is packed in 3.1Kg Cans and Aseptic Bag in Drum using a polyliner.
- TSS at 20 degree celcius is 8-10 degree brix
- Colour: Creamish White Or Pink
- Acidity (as citric acid): 0.4 - 0.55% W/W
- pH: 3.5 to 4.0 %
- Shelf Life: 18 months at normal ambient conditions.
