Using your Emotional Intelligence (EQ) abilities accounts for 35% of the success of leaders, where technical skills or IQ only accounts for 6%. This unique, action-based programme is run by EQ-Master Petra Costigan-Oorthuijs. This unique programme is a mixture of 15% theory and research on Leadership and EQ, 25% of
reflection and awareness homework, 10% of writing and 50% action-based and experiential practice. The course fee is €1, 475.
