Clinical Services Co-ordinator
Step One Nursing is looking for a qualified registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. The candidate should be a flexible, enthusiastic, self-starter who is looking for an opportunity to progress their career and grow with the company. They must have good leadership and communication skills. Our client is a new dynamic organisation and is well on the way to becoming a leading provider of Home Care.
The Role

Responsibilities will vary and include:
• Recruiting care staff
• Meeting new clients
• Carrying out client assessments
• Drawing up care plans
• Doing staff assessments
• Overseeing nurse assessors as we grow the business.
Qualifications
• Qualified registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Experience with patient assessments and risk assessments and care plans
• People management skills
• Full clean drivers licence and car
• Proficient in Microsoft Office general computer skills
