Reiki Level 1 1.5 Day Workshop.

If you have ever wanted to create a gentle, healing space for yourself or a friend/loved one, Reiki 1 is perfect for you. In this workshop the basic principles of energy healing are discussed, along with how to protect and ground yourself and how to bring your body into both an emotional and a physical balance. During the workshop, you will be initiated to the Reiki energy. This means that you will become connected to it and easily able to access it at any time.
You will be shown how to give Reiki to yourself, and how to give it to your friends, family and even your pets. You will also be shown techniques where you can bring Reiki into your day and use it to clear situations in your life. The first day is 9.30am until 4.30pm, the second day is 9.30 until 1.30pm. Lunch is not included. You will be given a manual with all the information we cover on the course, and a Reiki Level 1 Certificate at the end of the workshop. At the end of the workshop we will arrange to meet for a follow up session, to share how you are getting on with Reiki and to answer any questions you may have.
